Parking Information

This property does not have dedicated parking.

Pet Policy

Small animals may be allowed.  Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  Both the animal and its suitability for a specific property are considered. 

Some units may enforce a “no pets” policy. 

Accommodation Requests

Under the Fair Housing Act and Washington State law, persons with disabilities may request reasonable accommodations or modifications, including Service and Support Animals.

For non-obvious disabilities, a letter from a licensed care provider is required.  The verification must state that the tenant is disabled and needs a specific animal or other accommodation due to their disability (documentation required for each animal or other accommodation).

Cosigner Policy

Cosigners may be considered in cases where an applicant is slightly below the income requirement (ie 2.5-3x) but exceeds all other selection criteria (ie 800+ credit score).

Tours

A tour is required for all applicants.

Applications are not complete without a tour.
Do not submit an application unless you have already toured the property or have a tour scheduled.

For prospective applicants who are relocating to Seattle, virtual tours may be offered.
We can provide virtual tours through Zoom, FaceTime, or another mutually agreed upon method.

Include which property you want to tour and a few dates & times when you are available.

No Parking

Dedicated parking is not available.
Please ensure that you are ok with street parking prior to booking a tour.

Apply

Online applications and screening reports are completed through a third party partner; intellirent.
Applicants pay a non-refundable fee of $40 directly to intellirent.

A separate application is required for each adult occupant.

Tour

A tour is required as part of your application. Do not submit an application without having completed a tour or have one scheduled. Applications will be reviewed after a tour is complete.
