When Personal Data is Collected

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain Services. These may include: (a) scheduling a property tour, (b) completing a lease application; (c) signing a lease; (d) sending us an email message; We will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future. 

We obtain personal information in the following ways:

• in consumer reports from reporting agencies to which this company subscribes in connection with lease applications or for other reasons that the customer may authorize us to obtain;
• in lease applications a prospective tenant completes;
• in other forms the customer completes and which are given to this company
• from you when you email, call, or text us

How We Use Your Information

Bothell Landing Rentals, LLC uses your personal information to deliver the services you have requested. 

Prospective Tenants: The personal information that prospective tenants provide to this company is primarily used to obtain consumer reports (credit checks). It may also be used to perform background checks, rental history searches, and public records searches. The information in the consumer reports may be discussed with landlords for whom this company manages the property.  

Current Tenants: With the tenant’s knowledge, this company may convey personal information to service providers (for example, maintenance or utility companies) as those service providers may require for the products or services the tenant needs or requests.  This company and its agents exercise reasonable discretion when discussing any personal information with others.

Owners of Properties Managed by the Company: When this company acts as a property manager for a property owner; the company uses the property owner’s personal information only: (a) to deliver the required management services; (b) to file any required reports with governmental agencies; (c) to establish ACH deposits, or (d) for other purposes the property owner may authorize, such as providing utilities.

We may use the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service
• To notify you about changes to our Service
• To provide customer support
• To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service
• To monitor the usage of our Service
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues
• To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it
